How do pre-order box products work?
We hand make each box just for you, which ensures your food is fresh, delicious and with your specifications in mind. We need at least 24 hours notice to get your order ready and offer pick up days on Thursday Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Pickup times are:
Thursday - Saturday: 12pm - 6pm
Sunday: 11am - 4pm -
I have food allergies, can you accommodate them?
We are able to accommodate gluten and nut allergies. For a dairy-free request or other issues, please contact us at info@ripe-cooperative.com directly.
Our land box is always vegetarian.
We cannot accommodate no allium or low-salt diets.
Please note: that while we can make lactose-free meals, we may still use butter.

How much food prep will I have to do for the Meal Boxes?
Part of our mission is to empower people to be the masters of their own kitchens. Our meal boxes are 95% finished, but they do require a small bit of cooking and some assembly to bring the restaurant experience home. We have detailed, easy to follow step-by-step videos to help guide you on the Videos page.

The pickup day I want is not available. What can I do?
We have a limited number of boxes available each week, and currently offer pickup on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You can order up to 2 weeks in advance through our site. If you dont see the day you need, please contact us and we will see what we can do!

Can I order a different box for each member of my family, like at a restaurant?
Our meal boxes take some time to prepare at home (usually about 30-45 min per box type). Ordering multiple types of boxes at once may result in a very busy day in your kitchen! For the most enjoyable at-home experience, we recommend ordering one or (maybe) two kinds of boxes at a time. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns at info@ripecooperative.com
