Developed for our Breakast program at the Ace Hotel in Kyoto Japan (coming soon!). This bread is 100% naturally leavened, and chocked full of seeds- like poppy, flax, black sesame and sunflower. 

Makes an amazing toast, lightly sweet and nutty from just a touch of rye flour.
