Rodolphe Le Meunier, Buerre de Baratte Churned Butter
Butter from the Loire Valley by famed cheesemaker Rodolphe le Meunier. Made in a traditional European churned style using a wooden butter churn. The milk is pasteurized no more than 48 hours from harvest to pot and ferments another 24 hours before churning. Each bar is then hand molded.
Our café and market have gotten quite busy this season, so we've had to disable online pre-ordering for the time being.
