Pastificio dei Campi Gragnano


From the Southern Italian town of Gragnano just outside of Naples. The Gragnano pasta IGP seal guarantees origin of product, certifies a commitment to quality and testifies to centuries old tradition. In Gragnano the existence of factories for dried pasta has been documented since the 16th century. Pastificio dei Campi uses traditional production methods and durum wheat specially grown without chemicals.

Wider than linguine, the name of this shape comes from its resemblance to the strips used for the hems of clothes. Fettucce are ideal with meat-based sauces or with shellfish.
