Single varietal of the Mountain Rose apple sourced from Mt Hood Organic Orchards. High acid, floral, bruised apple, and apple skin. Native yeast and bottle fermented.

Art + Science, Cider + Wine is an original family-run operation. Kim Hamblin is ‘artistic director’ and/or ‘head apple picker,’ Dan Rinke is the ‘science’ of Art + Science, in charge of the magical fermentation processes and their son Cash is perhaps reluctantly, 'in training.' They are natural cider, perry, and wine producers using primarily foraged fruit & fermenting with indigenous yeast in rural Yamhill County, Oregon.
