Made from a blend of Cayuga and Seval grapes from Fingerlakes region, New York, with lush notes of tart apple, lemon and grapefruit. It is fizzy, juicy, and at 10% alcohol can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere.

Brian Smith is the winemaker at Oyster River Winegrowers, a small farm winery in Warren, Maine. Since, 2007 Brian and his small team have been making lively wine and cider from their own fruit as well as sourcing it throughout the Northeast. The ethos is minimal intervention, native yeast fermentation, and minimal sulfites.
