A blend of Dolcetto from Allegre Vineyard in the middle of the Hood River Valley, Sangiovese, and a hint of Muscat provides a more textured, savory rosé with notes of ripe red fruit, savory herbs, and grapefruit. A delight on these late summer days.

Buona Notte is truly a family affair. Graham Markel is the man behind the wine, who got his start in the kitchen in Boulder, CO before moving on to bartending. He spent several years in the Willamette Valley, working under Maggie Harrison at Antica Terra and then Hiyu Wine Farm in the Columbia Gorge. He works intimately in the fields of the Columbia Gorge and with minimal intervention in the cellar. His wines are terroir driven, wild, and absolutely delightful to drink.
