A blend of Jacquère, Chardonnay and Mondeuse Blanc from the alpine Savoie region of Eastern France. This is a wine of remarkable freshness and minerality. Aromatics of pear and stone fruit with lemon zest and slight vegetal notes on the palate.

The vineyard is situated on an alluvial cone in the clay-limestone scree of the Bauges Massif in Saint-Pierre d'Albigny. Organically grown without pesticides and harvested at low yields to preserve a more concentrated expression of terroir. Brothers Étienne & Raphaël Saint German manage the 10 hectares, which were converted to organic in 2009.
