A sparkling rosé from one of France's most esteemed winemakers by the méthode ancestrale. It is a blend of Gamay and Poulsard from a small appellation near Savoie, France.

A beautiful pink mousse compliments notes of sweet raspberries and cherries that have been topped with chiffon cream! It is sweet, but not too sweet, and balanced by a streak of minerality. With only 8% alcohol you can enjoy this anytime and anywhere, but we think it would be just lovely in the morning, in bed, with our brioche cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting. Drink it in a wine glass, jam jar, or even on the rocks, Bugey doesn't mind!
