A lithe Sancerre with notes of citrus, peach, and green herbs with zippy acidity and a nice weight on the mid palate.

The Pinard family has been making wine in Sancerre since the 16th century, and the domaine in Bué is in great form these days under the guidance of young brothers Florent and Clément. This is a blend from several sites surrounding Bué, known for its Kimmeridgean terres blanches soils. Maturation is on its lees in 50% wood vats and 50% stainless steel.
