A Blanc de Blancs with all fruit from the 1er Cru of Cuis, known for its bracing acidity and salty minerality. This disgorgement is no exception, showing bright, ripe citrus and crisp apple fruits on the palate with a bracing, high toned saline component and a long crisp finish. Delightful on its own as an aperitif or pair with the leek tart, magnifique! Disgorged in April 2019.
