An aromatic white wine with lovely fragrances of white fruit and chalky notes. On the palate it’s fresh, precise and elegant. A wine with brilliant acidity and a delightfully mineral character.

Located in Grinzing, the most famous wine-growing district of Vienna, at the foot of the Nussberg mountain, Hajszan Neumann is a 100% biodynamic winery. Managed since 2014 by the prestigious winemaker Fritz Wieninger, it produces elegant wines with the authentic expression of Nussberg soils, predominantly calcareous with eroded shell limestone. Harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripening. The grapes from each plot are separately, spending a short period of maceration on the skins and then carefully pressed.
