The name Ruth is not from any of Evan’s female family members but from one books in the Bible, the book of Ruth – Evan’s favorite. Mahlon Arneis is a white natural wine made from 100% Arneis grapes farmed sustainably at Fox Hill vineyard in Mendocino County. Mahlon Arneis is fermented spontaneously with native yeasts and completes the malo-lactic fermentation. The entire process takes place in 230-gallon egg-shaped polyethylene tanks. Mahlon Arneis is fresh and floral on the nose with good minerality and bright acidity.
