A partially carbonic, refreshing 100% Dolcetto with dark cherry, plum, violets, and herbal spice.

Michael works intimately with all his vineyard sites, allowing him to learn and grow with each vintage, crafting site-specific wines. The Dolcetto is from von Flowtow at 980 ft in the Columbia River Gorge AVA. Élévage was in older barrels for 10 months and bottled with 20 ppm added after malolactic completed in March and another 20 ppm at bottling in August.
