Rustic Chard and New Potato Soufflé


Rustic Italian style "soufflé", called a sformato. This one is made with gorgeous chard from the market, with brand new fresh dug yellow potatoes, pecorino and just a little ricotta and egg to bind. 

Mostly just chocked full of spring vegetables, it's the perfect side dish, especially  if you pair with our hazelnut romesco (not included).
