Beet pickled Deviled Eggs

We use beets and Italian white wine vinegar to briefly dye these eggs a magenta hue, and then fill them back with their yolks and Japanese mayonnaise.

Our café and market have gotten quite busy this season, so we've had to disable online pre-ordering for the time being.
